30-Day Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing from my Micro Business! I work hard everyday bringing you the chance to pick your exact stone instead of getting one at random from a bin of similar stones. Orders are returnable within 30-days for a refund minus 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless refunded by the carrier. Damage occurring in shipping will be claimed through the shipper, as I do not mark my stones up to cover loss and damage from shipping companies, I instead take the time to individually bag, label, and ship well packed orders. Claims made through shipping companies can take 90-days to be satisfied. - Classes
- Dream Interpretation
- Services
- Custom Orders
- Custom Jewelry
- Any item altered to be custom.
- Entry into any event.
- Pre-orders and Orders not picked-up within 90 days of being notified they are ready for pick-up.
